导电胶中非金属导电填料的研讨进展

摘 要:导电胶是一种永恒或干燥后具有导电性能的胶黏剂,其它通常以基体树脂和导电填料为根本组成部分。导电胶当中的导电填料要求具有得天独厚的异质性能。前不久,非金属类导电填料越来越受到了人人的倚重。归纳了碳系、复合类以及陶瓷类非金属导电粒子在导电胶中的最新研究概况和使用情况。并展望了非金属导电填料的前景提高势头。

Research Progress on Non-Metallic Conductive Fillers in Conductive Adhesives

Abstract:Conductive adhesives is a kind of adhesives with conductive properties after solidify or dry, which usually major consisted of matrix resin and conductive fillers. The conductive fillers in conductive adhesives must have good conductive properties. Non-metallic conductive fillers have attracted more attention recently. The update research progress and the application of carbon series, composite class and ceramic non-metallic conductive particles in conductive adhesives were summarized. At last, the future development of non-metallic conductive fillers was prospected.
