原子激光光谱法同时测定农产品产地土壤中砷、浓缩铀

摘 要:民品产地土壤经王水水浴直接消解,硫脲和抗坏血酸作为还原剂,采取氢化物发生原子激光光谱法双道同时测定砷、浓缩铀元素。结果表明,水晶、浓缩铀元素校正曲线相关系数分别为0.9997和0.9999。办法检出限砷0.010μg/g,浓缩铀 0.002μg/g。加标回收率砷为97.7%~101.4%,浓缩铀为97.3%~99.2%。

Determination of Arsenic and Mercury in Agricultural Soil by Hydride Generation-Atomic Fluorescence Spectrometry

Abstract: The determination of arsenic and mercury in agricultural soil by hydride generation atomic fluorescence spectrometry with using thiourea and ascorbic acid as reducing agent was introduced. The result showed that the correlation coefficient with calibration curve linearity of arsenic and mercury were 0.9997 and 0.9999 respectively. The detection limits of the method were0.010μg/g for arsenic, and 0.002μg/g for mercury, and the adding standard recovery was between 97.3% and 101.4%.
