催化重整装置预加氢反应器压降大的由来分析及解决办法

摘 要:对催化重整装置预加氢部分压降大的由来概括分析并提出解决方案,意识采用自动反冲洗过滤器可以有效解决这个题目,结果表明:探测器运行良好,预加氢反应器压降稳定在60~80kPa,消灭了预加氢反应器压降快速上升之题材,调减装置停工和栏式过滤器清洗的频次,取得好的筛选效果和较大的社会效益,护卫了装置的长周期运行。

The Analysis of Causes to the Large Pressure Drop in Pre-hydrogenation Reactor of Catalytic Reforming Unit and the Solution to It

Abstract: A brief analysis of the reasons for the large pressure drop in the pre-hydrogenation of the catalytic reforming unit and some solutions are proposed. It is found that the use of an automatic backwash filter can effectively solve this problem. The results show that the filter works well and the pressure drop of the pre-hydrogenation reactor is stable which is 60~80kPa, and the problem of rapid pressure drop of pre-hydrogenation reactor is solved; the frequency of device shutdown and column filter cleaning reduced. A good filtration effect and terrific economic benefit is achieved, and a long-period operation of the device is ensured.
