不同表面处理对铝合金-CFRP结合性能的影响

选择 如果:贴接是铝合金和碳纤维增强复合材料(CFRP)的最有效连接方式有。贴接接头的性质很大程度取决于基体表面,选择适宜的表面处理办法能够提升胶接强度。针对目前铝合金—CFRP贴接强度弱的题材,研究了砂纸打磨和阳极氧化两种常用的胶接铝合金表面处理工艺,在这个基础上提出了同种新颖的喷发砂和阳极氧化混合表面处理办法,使得且稳定地提升了铝合金-CFRP贴接接头性能,连通过表征分析更加揭示了胶接性能提高的机理,察觉时的拍卖办法结合了教条主义处理和化学处理的优势,不但能提升表面粗糙度,并且能提升表面氧化层厚度、降表面污染层厚度,提升表面极性,提升表面能,末了提升接头的性质。

Influence of Different Surface Treatments on Bonding Properties of Aluminum/CFRP Composites

Abstract: The adhesive bonding is an effective way to join aluminum alloy and carbon fiber reinforced plastic/polymer (CFRP). The performance of boning joint is highly dependent on the surface of substrates. Choosing a proper surface treatment can improve the bonding strength. To solve the problem of weak aluminum alloy/CFRP bonging strength, two kinds of common aluminum alloy surface treatments are studied, which are the sandpaper grinding and anodizing. At the same time, a new aluminum alloy surface treatment is developed, which mixes sandblasting and anodizing, to improve the performance of the adhesive joint more effectively and stably. What’s more, this article explains the adhesion mechanism. The new surface treatment has the advantages of mechanical and chemical surface treatment, it increases surface roughness and the thickness of Al2O3 layer, reduces the thickness of contamination layer, improves the surface polarity and surface energy, and finally improves the property of the joint.
