水性聚酰亚胺前驱体性能研究

选择 如果:因为水相聚一起的方法合成了聚酰亚胺(PI),研究其前驱体的超级反应条件,连对比其性质。试验证明,在温度为40~70℃下反应60~120min、虽含量18%啊合成水相PI前驱体的超级反应条件,那个相对分子质量Mn:1.5×105,Mw:2.1×105,Mw/Mn:1.4,Tg可达377℃,Td5可达593℃,Td10可达611℃。并且水相PI前驱体及其固化薄膜的性质好,尤其环保。

Study on the Performance of the Waterborne Polyimide Precursor

Abstract: The polyimide (PI) was synthesized by aqueous polymerization, and the optimal reaction conditions and properties were studied. It was found that under the optimum reaction conditions (reacted at 40~70℃ for 60~120min with a solid content of 18%), the number-average molecular weight (Mn), weight-average molecular weight (Mw), molecular weight distribution (Mw/Mn), Tg, Td5 and Td10 of the produced water-based PI precursor was 1.5×105g/mol, 2.1×105g/mol, 1.4, 377℃, 593℃ and 611℃ respectively. And the precursor and its cured film showed excellent properties, and the water-based precursors was more environment-friendly.
