氧化石墨烯/聚氨酯复合涂料的筹措及那个性质

选择 如果:使用改进的Hummers法制得氧化石墨烯(GO),使用乳液聚合法制得GO/聚氨酯(PU)复合涂料。针对产物的景象和结构进行了特点,观了GO增长量对复合涂料性能的影响。结果表明,GO上片状多孔结构,GO/PU涂层致密性优于PU涂层;氧化反应在引入含氧基团的同时,破坏了天然石墨的结晶型;GO在水中分散性较好;当GO质量分数为1 %经常,涂层吸水率大幅下降,硬度可达3 H,从腐蚀电位为-540 mV,从腐蚀电流密度为0.12μA/cm2,防腐性能达到最佳。

Preparation and Properties of Graphene Oxide/polyurethane Composite Coating

Abstract: The graphene oxide (GO) was prepared by modified Hummer method; subsequently, the GO/polyurethane (PU) composite coating was prepared by emulsion polymerization. The morphology and structure of the products were characterized. The effect of GO content on the performance of GO/PU composite coating was studied. The results showed that the GO was sheet and multihole; the compactness of GO/PU was better than PU; the oxygen-containing groups were introduced in GO and the crystal form of the natural graphite was destroyed by oxidation reaction; the GO dispersed well in water; when the mass fraction of GO was 1%, the water absorption of coating was greatly declined, the hardness of coating could reach 3H, the self-corrosion potential and self-corrosion current density of the coating was -540mV and 0.049uA/cm2 respectively, and the best corrosion resistance of the coating was achieved.
